Excellent customer service, both the young man at desk and manager who checked in with us very kindly a couple of times and very personal and on-hand with his guests!!! Both spoke English well. A Tunisian speciality restaurant behind mosque 5-minute walk. Center of town 10 minute walk, and great way to see the downtown and fun park. Easy parking in front. Good breakfast.

The staff were exceptional - very pleasant and they went the extra mile to help. Can't rate the staff highly enough. We tried to visit the ruins at Djemila but as a foreigner you have to get special permission. Even the hotel was unaware of this, but they tried everything they could to get us the permission, using all their contacts. Very impressed by their willingness to help us. The day we left, we needed to use the tram and one of the staff accompanied us to get the ticket as all the instructions were in Arabic. So helpful ☺️

Clean, cozy and comfortable

The check in went easy , the staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent location , there's a tramway stop right outside the hotel, you can also walk to almost every attraction and monuments, Park Mall is about 10 minutes walk , same thing for the ain fouara fountain. The breakfast is fantastic with a lot of choices, everything is fresh and natural. I highly recommend this hotel.
